After seeing some of those mods I have to ask if you are wearing any faction armor items. Despite having a mod that appears to convert them into non-faction armor (hey they may have missed an item or two when they made the mod and it may not apply to items that were added in from other mods.

So try wearing different armor. Also try disabling the mods. If it doesn't happen with the mods disabled then it's one of them. You can figure out which one it is by then re-enabling them one at a time.

As it is though, with that many mods turned on there is very little way for us to help you as it could be any number of them or some combination of them. So... first thing to do would be to rule them out (if it happens with all of them turned off then that would suggest it's not the mods espescially if it is happening in new games as well as the older ones you've already done and saved.)

I suspect it is probably something related to the faction armor mods you have installed since they are the only ones that I think even touch anything related to the faction system. Also they suggest you might be wearing one or more faction items that you beleive have had that status removed but simply may have been missed by the mod or added by something not covered by the mod.

I was suspecting it had something to do with rex since he is the first to start thwe whole kings kings attacking me.

There wouldn't be a code for a kingss outfit would there so I could see if something faction messed me up.

Have you done the quest to get Rex an upgrade? When the king gave you he mentioned Rex was kind of crazy. It's possible he is attacking someone with a hat (or a headslot item that is incorrectly flagged as a hat) and turning them hostile.

"The Vault" fallout wiki has complete item code listings under Fallout: New Vegas: Items

Wow, that's the last mod I would have guessed. I hoped it would be one of the more obvious ones because when it's not an obvious one the process of figuring it out is slightly tedious isn't it.
