This is an archive which consists .csv files with names generated with help of Tamriel Rebuilt and Silgrad Tower websites.

There are 4 csvs atm for the following mods:
Phitt's Roaming Travellers (all NPCs)
Crowded Roads Advanced (all NPCs, both versions)
Tamriel Travellers (only former Bard Guards)

Download, unzip into /Data/Bash patches folder in your Oblivion folder, use Wrye Bash's "Import Names" feature, enjoy.
