Anyone ever find Vince's gun? : Fallout: New Vegas

Okay, haven't been down where the King is, or in New Vegas, but I've schelped all over the sewers and Westside and I haven't located the duo who stole Vince's gun. Anyone find 'em yet?

It's a shack called winners' hideout IIRC and not actually in Westside - I thought that note was a bit misleading too.
