Yeah, I'm working on getting Raul's too. But Ranger Andy is reportedly bugged, so I don't know if I'll be able to get it. I got him to comment on Loyal, however.

As for Arcade, I'm having to redo that thing because I didn't know the conditions for getting the reward.

On the PC Raul wont speak about Ranger Andy. I dont know if its bugged on other platforms. I had to download a mod to fix it.

I've also heard the newest patch prevents Raul from gettin the outfit, good thing I cant get the patch xD

[censored] it I knew it! I mean I even manage to get Veronica start her quest even though she didn't really make any comments.

I haven't seen the outfit, but I've heard it's bad-ass. Shame that from my experience Raul was pretty useless in a fight; I kept him around just for his funny comments (nice work, Trejo!). Though, to be fair, I never had him use any weapon except for his .44 revolver.

And yes, I was upset when Arcade left me, but it was pretty cool joining him and the Remnants at the battle of Hoover Dam. It's just so sad that Gannon's forced into exile, and the Enclave ends as quickly as it started.
