I read somewhere that if I waited an hour, the NPC would heal on their own. I also know there's a few scrolls/spells I could use. My main concern was that I had previously seen a mod where I could give them healing potions so they could heal themselves. I can't for the life of me remember the name of the mod or where I saw it. Since this is a good immersion concept in my opinion, i'd love to have that mod in my game. Anyone happen to know what i'm talking about?
