The thing to do would be to make two threads; one about adding player notes to the in-game maps, and one to make a poll about guilds.

Anyway, I really liked being able to add notes to my map in Arena, but if the map system is anything like it was in Oblivion, I'm not sure that the ability would be all that useful or necessary.

Of course, it wouldn't really be that hard to add, and if I felt like it was getting in the way I suppose I could just not use it. So yeah, I wouldn't mind having that feature in the game.

anyways, it would be interesting also to add notes for alchemy, like this works better for this potion, or use two in this potion for stronger health boost.

Why would we need this in-game when we have paper and pencils in real life. I actually think it'd be easier to have them on a sheet of paper.

But you realize your poll is completely ridiculous and has been talked about before in other threads, it's just... Really? Shoudl all topics have "Lets discuss X here" and a poll that talks about "Y"? Actually there is a search button that you are supposed to use before posting stuff that has had million threads about already, with your logic I'd be ok for 20 new users to make an exactly same thread about the exactly same thing because they haven't seen it before, when they all could have used the search button and see that there already is 100 threads about it?

very enthusiastic. makes me wonder why you are even wasting your time here, do you really have nothing better to do than start stuff with people over the internet. the only reason i made this was to get more info on skyrim and so far all ive found out is not to use bethesda's forums because theyre filled with 40 year old guys that have nothing better to do than take up air space, and make noise the rest of their lives till they go out because they drank rockstar for 10 years straight and never once left mommys basemant. Anyway, I'd really like being able to make notes on the map. Having a hotkey that would bring up some sort of notepad in game would also be nice. It'd make things more organized and save me from forgetting a lot of stuff.

I second this. Less radar screen, more MAP! And notes would also look handwritten then, of course...

Yeah i agree, this could go hand in hand with finding certain alchemy ingrediants, which is why i think itd be cool to have a marker to go with the notes

Wow that was an "interesting" thread to read. Sorry to bust it out but I created a thread 4 days ago about this idea. I aint gonna link to it cause that may breach the rules, but it was a pole, and the results were quite in favor of having map notes
