What do you want to see in Skyrim?

It would be cool to see how they redo a multi person fight, honestly i thought it was crap in oblivion. any more than a 2 on 2 battle and it got too hectic.

What do I want to see in Skyrim?

Everything. From cloth physics, to seasonal changes, like in daggerfall. I want to see hair that doesn't seem like it's grafted onto the head, and covered in grease. I want to see vibrant people, with personalities that match what they do. I want to talk to a person and know that I haven't spoken to them before.
I want to see a more realistic blood decal on blades and the environment, depending on swing direction and speed. Dynamic snow is a given, which is awesome. Dynamic Rain? Who knows, but it would be cool to see puddles form in streets like Red Dead has when a storm hits. Scratches on armour and weapons are also confirmed, but how far will that go? Will it be a set template of scratches and chinks in items, that are scripted to occur, or will they be dynamic too? I hope so ^^

I want to see a dynamic world. I want to see my actions actually changing the world around me. No more Kvatches or Bruma mage guilds. I want to see people start to rebuild. I want to see the seasons come and go. I want to see minor random disasters like flooding or fires. That sort of stuff.

There's other stuff I'd like to see, too, like cloth physics (especially applied to hair), more than a token dx11 support, etc, but the above really tends to bug me. Things are just so static in their past games, nothing every changes, no one ever tries to move on.

well all my wishes came true already :P

but if I want to be picky then I would say:

1-thousands of items ranging from normal, magic, and relics, and set items.

2-character screen for ease of equipping and un-equipping items.

3-thousands of potions that are powerful yet NOT over powered.

4-fishing mini game like the one in wow (call me crazy I like boring mini games)

5-flowing capes like Batman AA

It would be interesting to have some plants with addictive properties, like if you take enough of something your person will become dependant on it.

it would be cool to have more than one point of entry to every house, like break into windows rooftop latches through the attic or basemant doors and enter through the basemant

it would be cool to see progression in the cities throughout gameplay, like half built houses, but 20 quests later it will be fully built, or 2 seasons later its built, would be perfect if a dragon attacked a city and completely destroyed it, it would give the NPCs the ability to rebuilt destroyed cities, and respawnable people with different names and voices each time but with similar roles and quests to offer. I say similar with alot of lee-way because i dont like going into a town just to see nurse joy in every Pokecenter and every officer jenny be the same with the same quests voice and things to say. lol. its nice to see some variation.

if woodcutting is a skill, then wouldnt constructon be one too? Its probably not big enough to make the cut, but itd be interesting buying a plot of land and building your own castle with traps and everything.

Books, books were an awesome thing that i honestly would spend hours reading the text. Maybe make the text more in depth with the lore of TES: skyrim/oblivion/morrowind ect. but be optional (of course) to read.

As an addition to the blood decal on the blades it would be cool if the blood was thicker than in oblivion like if you swung your sword drops of blood would come off the sword, not just slowly slide off and vanish away like strawberry jam. but have a deep crimson thickness to it

I reckon seasons are cool beyond imagination if the nature changes and the trees and the people working in the field and all, but how do we manage the time passing too slow? In Oblivion we barely play a few in game months, that's just two seasons time

The Tamrielic calendar suggests that the Tamrielic seasons are similar to ours (note the months' names). There's already an in-game calendar, there should be seasons, too! (In a perfect TES game)

I would also love to see a more realistic crime recognition and punishment system. And of course nonlethal combat that doesn't immediately alert the guards (like bar fights).

More armor types (better than obsidian/glass)
Artifacts that should be ridiculously powerful, but difficult to obtain
More guilds, or atleast longer storylines in the guilds. (The dark brotherhood is a must!)
Crossbows

Realisitic climbing system, I can grab a ledge to pull myself up. So I can be the assassin or thief of the city, coming from high roofs.

It would be cool to possibly get married as a side quest and have children (not to copy the Fable series) but have one of the sie quest or random encounters be when you get home you see a note on the table saying you need to give X amount of gold to (random dungeon/cave/ house you havent been to yet) and save her.

I'd rather not have this, but if they did, TES would fix something with it (the side quest) that ticked me off in fable games (I'm really not a fan of fable games, seriously, this is giving me painful flashbacks. :P). I say they'd fix it cause TES is perfect. :P

In Fable I've always wanted to follow the guy who collects the ransom, and slaughter whoever is blackmailing me. In Fable, the messenger guy just disapears.

I would like to be able to have more customization upon buying a house.
For example more variety to what I can decorate it with, and easier ways to display items. Also, I would like to be able to own a farm house outside of the cities.

I would like to see banks or guild vaults that are heavily guarded and have multiple ways to break in and steal treasures.

Spellmaking, but I doubt it will return. Come on Bethesda, please don't remove it. I'm willing to pay for it as DLC.

Snow (confirmed and better than in any game made so far)
Dragons (confirmed and supposedly better done than in any other game)
Dual Wielding (confirmed)
Roleplaying (what genre is this game now D: rpg ofc)
Fun Mini-games like smithing (semi-confirmed on bethesda's whiteboard in the tour video)
Mods (Confirmed)
Solstheim (One can only hope)
A Difficult, Challenging Game (and hardcoe mode)

that pretty much covers it. i don't have higher expectations or hopes than this so this is already a perfect game for me. and its still in pre-alpha.
