So after killing House and getting Yes man in the computer i was given the quest Don't Tread on the Bear saying that NCR will not work with me if I keep working with Yes Man. I have 2 more of the quests checking out the different factions (the Kahns and the white Glove) does this mean if I do those quests NCR will not work with me?

I want to side with NCR this character so wanna make sure before doing those quests.

You could always save, do those quests, then see what happens...

I got the same quest, I was hoping to use the Yes Man to help the NCR, but I guess the NCR doesn't want an army or robots... /shrug

Yeah that was my thinking to.

It means full quests, not steps in single quest. THe part where you evaluate factions on behalf of Yes Man is all a one big quest.

But you really shoudl choose between him and NCR asap.

I got the same quest. I completed 1 more quest in the Yes Man line and failed it. So, be careful.
