Ka Po'Tun

Does anyone think it's possible that at least some of the dragons in Skyrim will be Ka Po'Tun or will they be dragons from somewhere else?

I believe there's more to the story than just Akatosh and his other personalities trying to destroy Mundus if that's what you're asking. Whether Akavir is involved or not, remains to be seen. I, for one, hope deep down inside the Ka Po'Tun will play some role. Allying with the Ka' to help fight Akatosh would be F'ing great!

I think it would be more likely that the Ka Po'Tun would be allying with the dragons against US.

Before the game was announced, I had assumed t would be about the Akaviri invasion of Tamriel by the Ka Po'Tun, so I hope so.

The Ka Po'Tun are tiger-men. Their god-emperor is a dragon, not the entire race.

yes, and that dragon was also a tiger-man named rosh taka who apparently succeeded in becoming a dragon (his tiger coloring pattern remained though, giving him the name "tiger-dragon")

One Tiger-Folk purportedly mantling the Aka/Shor duality =/=> any otherTiger-Folk purportedly mantling the Aka/Shor duality.

Akavir is a dead-horse beaten all across the submerged threads of this forum. Every substantive plot-detail we have points to a game that focuses on Nordic culture, the Nordic aspects of the Pantheon, and how the Nordic creation myth shapes things. All the obscure texts we've received in the last year or two or three have also had similar focus. Akavir doesn't mesh well into either.

This. I wouldn't worry about it anymore. If they're involved in any way, it will be details inside of a much greater picture.

Look forward to a book in Skyrim detailing the various ways the Tsaesci crushed the Ka Po' Tun, eat and/or enslaved them :hubbahubba:

Edit, No I don't think the tiger people or their King will be relevant at all in Syrim.
