Problems with the High Elf Seam Fix Mod

Post » Wed Dec 22, 2010 11:42 am

When using the High Elf Seam Fix mod for my HGEC install, it fixes the head and body to match up colorwise, except for the ears, which are now black.

I looked up the problem in the TESCS, and apparently it redirects the ears to a file called EarsSaint.dds, which apparently does not exist.

Does anyone know where I can get this file to fix my problems, or are there any other methods I could use to fix my problem?

Is that actually a mod itself, or is it just part of another mod, like say, Race Balancing Project (the full version)...?

If it's the latter, it could be you haven't installed the rest of that mod, or done so properly, perhaps.

Also, I believe (if it's that one) it also requires Luchaire's Seam Fix (or something like that...?) to be installed. The documentation will probably tell you.

Otherwise, I've never heard of a "High Elf Seam Fix" mod.

The High Elf Seam Fix mod is supposed to be used after Luchaire's Seam Fix, which I did, and that's why I'm stumped.

I installed the HGEC body, then Luchaire's Seam Fix, then the High Elf Seam Fix addon that is supposed to keep the bodies and heads yellowish instead of have the heads and ears be yellow and the bodies pink.

edit: Never mind, I found it. Didn't know it existed separately. Huh. Sorry, no idea what's going on! :P Except... the requirements include Shivering Isles - do you have that and the latest SI patch? SI is where the "Saints" come from, pretty sure - and "quite possibly Wrye Bash", IIRC. Are you using that as well?

Have the latest patch, have Shivering Isles, and used Wyre Bash.

The problem still exists.
