CTD on Load of Save

I'm getting an odd issue-- I can go into a Cell, move around, Save my Game, load my Game and carry on as normal-- I can even go back a while later, and re-load that save. However, if I exit Oblivion, and then attempt to reload the save, 9/10 the game will instantly CTD upon filling the progress bar: the bar goes totally red, the screen goes black as though it is about to load, and then a CTD occurs.

This is my current load order. It has been initially run through BOSS, and then reworked based on known compatibility issues-- nothing else SHOULD have changed position from how Boss set it, apart from my own Mods and the Better Cities Mods/UL BC patches.

Any suggestions would be really helpful, as it seems bizzare that it would only happen on Exiting Oblivion, and not something in the Cell itself...

EditL just for clarification, when I say "9/10", I mean that 9 out of every 10 saves, not that 9 out of every 10 times that save is loaded :)

After some experimenting, it looks as though this issue is related to Interior Saves-- at least, I can guarentee a 100% replication of this issue on both Manual and Auto Saves in an interior location-- using an exterior save seems to be fine. This pushes my guess towards something like Let there be Darkness, All Natural (which I believe has an interior lighting system), or one of my own Mods-- I am not aware of the others alterting many interiors. Unfortunately, it seems present even without...

If anyone has any suggestions it would be great.

All Natural and a couple other .esp's are not at the latest version, I see also 22 Knights Unofficial patch, the UOP itself.... maybe not the cause of problems but probably not helpful either.

Thanks for the heads-up on the .esps :)

Just doing some experiments, it looks like it MAY be Better Cities doing this-- when I load BC, there's a Menu that comes up: after it has come up, the issue seems to strike, but if I save before it, it is OK... I'm going to check the DL for BC, in a minute, and will check the others :)
