ON g4tv.com there is a competion to cote on what the fan believe is the best franchise. The Elder Scrolls made it to round 2 and was in the lead. About 2 hours ago Starcraft II, TES's opponent pulled ahead by a large percentage. If you have the time head to g4tv.com and vote for TES, more than once if you have the time to make multiple accounts. I know we all want The Elder Scrolls to win so spare hte time and vote, but with haste, the polls close tommorow!

Bleh. The hell with G4. The stuff that is most popular at the time always wins anyway. Starcraft II just came out. There hasn't been a TES game in years.

Still we need to try and win. I would hate to see my favorite game series lose in the second round, and to a game franchise that has only 2 instalments

Looking at the comments, some guy named "Husky" or something got a LOT of SC fans to vote for it.

EDIT: Just read more of the comments, and oh dear Lord. And to think I used to really like Blizzard, but man, their fans are worse than Chicago Cubs fans.

Yeah, Husky does a lot of commentaries on professional SC2 matches. I was subscribed to him until recently. Got tired of the whole competitive gaming thing.. too time consuming.

Exactly what I thought. I wanted to place it somewhere where it could get some attention. I fear though that the battle is lost. In 3 hours alone SC has risen nearly 15 percent.

exactly if the contest had been after skyrim's release im sure TES would win hands down but all the people who vote are like OH The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion is the greatest game in the history of the universe. COMPARED TO STARCRAFT BECAUSE ITS 6 YEARS OLDER :/ also its kind of dumb to compare these games/franchises because theyre all so different

Husky has a huge fan following bordering on the mentally unhealthy. Wouldn't mind it myself if not for some of the obsessive fans of his I've met in college. But that's something that would easily sway the vote. I don't really care, as it's only a poll and Oblivion came out so long ago, but it is a little unfair that StarCraft is getting so inflated despite the fact that it's a mediocre RTS at best.

Starcraft fans are like football fans. They are always rioting and going crazy worldwide whether in latin america or europe. Only instead of rioting they are going crazy over something stupid like this G4 voting thing.

It's depressing everytime I go flipping through channels and pass over the SC channel.
