Okay, so, I know that there is OBMM. Is there any others? If there are, what is the best?

http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1156281-relz-wrye-bash-thead-58/. It's pretty much all you need, and imho much better than OBMM.

Ok. i should have put more info. I already have Wrye Bash, so all I need is something to change the order of the mods, so i can have the best compatibilities according to BOSS.

Oh, it can do that. And just about everything else too. And where not, it'll have a launcher for the things that can. :P

It's like the swiss army knife of mod tools, or something. :D

Check out the visual guide over at the Nexus, if you're unsure of any of its ins and outs. And/or, look http://tesivpositive.animolious.com/ for some more help.

And the help button in the "status bar" at the bottom of Wrye Bash's screen, of course.

You can do that in Wrye Bash, but it sounds like you might have Lock Times enabled if you're unable to change the loadorder via WB. Under Mods-tab, rigthclick on the File-header and check the "BOSS Disable Lock Times" option. Also make sure "Always Update BOSS Masterlist prior to running BOSS." is checked. That way BOSS will change the load order for you instead of having to do it manually. I also make sure that "Lock Times" (not to be confused with BOSS Disable Lock Times above) is not checked, that way I can manually make changes after BOSS has done its job.
