How will NPC's react to the disasters?

How do you think NPC's should act with the dragons and/or civil war? Will it just be that life will go on when a demolished building lays across the road, or will they rebuild? What do you guys think will be possible for this with the new engine?

Ya, I thought that the NPC reactions to bad things in OB weren't very good. They barley reacted to seeing dead bodies, and disasters. I hope they make it more realistic this time.

I think they will rebuild after a certain amount of time, unless the town is supposed to be permanently destroyed.

*in a not so sad tone* "Did you hear the emperor has been murdered and he had no heirs!" hmm great reactions

i hope the reactions are better, or that the people seem to have better emotions this time around.

Well, I'm expecting most people to be Nords or Nord like. So I don't expect them to be too depressing.

I think we will see some of the Nords choosing sides and several brawls breaking out leading to more intense battles between the factions before all out war. Nords will be gearing up and other races will be steping out of the way. We may even hear/see about people leaving Skyrim to avoid the war and Dragons.

Until Bethesda proves that Skyrim (unlike all their other games) exists outside the uncanny valley I'm assuming the worst.

Blah Blah I always say that - But those are dark times at a dark ages alike world. people are used to bad stuff happening and a body on the street isnt even a bother. Tho i do think they should atleast bury the dead bodies this time, burn them, or something...

Other than that - is it even confirmed buildings can get destroyed? I know that they can take damage but... not sure if they can really stop functioning.
