Im new to this type of adding mods, and was wondering if I would have to do anything to these to have both, for I am trying to get a mod that requires NifSCRIPT downloaded but the NifSCRIPT page says to load also NifNE for stability.

Please read the readme, it's described in there. The basic gist of it is that you want NifSE and the NifScript DUMMY download that's there on TES Nexus, and you want to load them both. NifScript DUMMY is an almost-blank OBSE plugin that just tells OBSE that NifScript still exists even though it's called NifSE now. If you use NifScript DUMMY, you must have NifSE also, because NifScript DUMMY does not have the NifScript commands in it.

Which version of NifSE you need depends on whether or not you're using Deadly Reflexes 6. If you are, you need beta 2; if you are not, then I suggest you use the latest version (beta 5 at the time of this writing).

I was planning on downloading Unnecessary Violence.

That sounds really involved though, I'm not that good at modding, I'll see if just NifSCRIPT works on its on without doing the dummy patch thing.
