Don't know whether it is just me, but when you are standing ie: not sneaking, you can line up something in fp eg a doorknob, then switch to 3rd person, and the alignment is perfect. But if you do the same thing when you are sneaking, the 3rd person crosshair doesn't take into account the crouch, so when you sneak the aim is off.
