I really Need help I don't know why it doesn't work. I downloaded the requirements mods. and i even used Boss program to sort my the load order. I have no idea why it doesn't work. I didn't download Wrye Bash. Do I need Wrye Bash? Cause I already have the program, Boss. And how would I use Wrye Bash?

Yes, Wrye Bash is definitely needed as FCOM relies on its Bashed Patch to work. Follow the guide in the http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1160205-relz-fcom-convergence-and-ufcom/ and the Wrye Bash readme for more on it.
