I personally have no idea why people hate steam, or dislike the fact that you can get games cheaper AND never have to pick up the game at a store or wait for it to ship. Not having skyrim on steam would cut over (guessing) 1/4 sales on pc maybe even more. Personally, I don't want to spend $60 on a pc game and not have anything else to show with it other than a disk. Even if you completely hate steam, doesn't even effect you...just buy it somewhere else...done..

Most people who dislike Steam dislike it being a required for authentication. Regardless a thread complaining about people like this is not appropriate for the forums, and if you wish to discuss Steam in a most constructive manner please use the active thread in Community Discussion.
