Perhaps a religion dedicated to him, where his followers live as he did, waking up at 6am each day, making small talk around town, and then eating dinner between 8-10pm. I believe he played an essential role in the Champion of Cyrodiil's journey.

That "small talk" as you say was actually a cleverly devised plot to cover-up the fact that the murderous Umber was his apprentice, and he is the one that not only taught her to do murder but also the one to tell her to murder. His incessant suggestions to kill her friends is what drove her to insanity. He is one of the more insidious people you will find in Cyrodiil.

Take pointless, meaningless, mostly forgotten characters and make joke threads about how much you want them to return, and miss them....Bravo! Ive never seen such comedic genius. Well, minus the seemingly identical thread that was just closed that is.
