Some leveled lists questions

Hello all. I'm new in oblivion modding and i have some questions:

1) If i add some one-piece-suit armor (like many sixy armors for hgec) to the npc leveled lists, how will NPCs interact with it if they got both default (not one piece) and custom armors? Did they prefer custom suit or not?
2) What happened if non-human (like skeletons) NPC got custom one-piece-suit armor?

1) If possible its best to split them up into various piece, ie boots, greaves, cuirass, gauntlets. If you cant, add it to the cuirass lists. The NPC's will equip it since it will more than likely have a higher armor rating. Not entirely sure though. In my leveled list mod, I have several piece that are greaves and boots together and the NPCs equip these instead of singular boots and and greaves.
2) They wouldnt be able to equip it since those armors arent rigged to the skeleton body. it would only appear in the creatures inventory

As I recall, the choice of which items get equipped depends principally on the value of the items. I'm not sure whether it evaluates that this single boots and greaves item is actually worth less than these separate boots and greaves items are worth together though.

i'm thinking about enhanting these custom items and placing it to the only magical armor/weapon leveled lists. Did it mean what final cost of the suit and NPC's choice would be depended on enchanted effect?

And one more question: How can i test it? Is exists any suitable room somewhere in testing hall or something like it?

For you first question, I think Vacuity meant only thevalue would affect it.
To test it, either make a custom NPC and put the leveled list on them or put it in a chest and drop it in the testinghall
