So i recently decided to play fallout 1 again because of the release of fallout 3.
I had v 1.0 and had an armor stat problem so i installed the patch for v 1.1
When i started a new game the menu at the bottom left that tells you what damage you hit
told me i was hitting like 50000 damage on rats, and that i would be hit for over 50000 when they bit me.
Also the wording of the messages are screwy.

Later when i went to the hub, when i enter the downtown area i am teleported to the sheriff's office
where he tells me that was good shooting, gives me 1000 caps, and 1400 exp. If i leave the room and walk anywhere
else in downtown hub, i get teleported back and get another 1000 caps and 1400 exp.

What is up with my game? Does anyone have any ideas?
