My trees look weird

I've been having a problem with my trees - I think it has to do with the LODs, but I'm not entirely sure. It started a month or so ago, after I updated my NVidia driver (this doesn't appear to be the cause, though - I removed the update and nothing happened). Here's what they look like:

As you can see, the tree is fuzzy at a distance (as it should be), but when I get closer, I get an odd double-image - the fuzzy one and the clearer one. This affects the trunk and the foliage, and does the same for shrubs, but no other objects. I recently completely reinstalled everything to start a new game, and I hoped that would fix it - nope. :(

It's just how speedtree works. It loads in the up-close model on top of the VWD billboard before fading the billboard out. Normal behavior.

Turn up your Tree Distance slider to make this less noticeable.

I feel really dumb now. My Distant Trees slider was set to minimum for some reason - moving it up fixed it. Thanks!
