I think the best easter-egg of all would be to have him be the grand champion in an arena, because he learned everything from the Champion of Cyrodiil, so in Skyrim he is like level 40 and you have to defeat him to become the grand champion. :lmao:

How about the most ironic easter egg I can think of, an actual easter egg. Put it somewhere hard to find with a powerful animal guarding it...like a multicolored dragon. Then after you've killed the dragon you can visit its nest and find its most prized posession.
