Cyrodill were all 3 Quarra,Aundae and berne ? Because Vampires from all kind of clans were in Cyrodill and they call it Cyrodillic Vampires ...

No, I meant fighting style and stealthy nature. Cyrodilic vampires is one Order. A single clan that is not as grouped up as the other ones. The cyrodilic vampires are known by themselves as "The Order". They live their lives by strict tenets and seldom fight in huge groups as we see the other vampires do. "Our strength is not in numbers, but in skillful manipulation of society." Cyrodilic vampire tenet.

Not sure about Volkihar beeing apropiate for a joinable faction. Maybe this should go for another minor clans, while Volkihar fill the rol of antagonists.

What about the Order seeing the civil war in Skyrim and looking at using the unrest to expand into the Volkihar's territory. They could have already moved into the western areas and then try to recruit the player to help them overthrow the Volkihar. or as an alternative you could side with the Volkihar to stop the tide of the Order from sweeping through Skyrim.
