Wings are limbs.Surely you get that.
Yes and all apples are fruit. Doesn't mean that all fruit are apples. What's your point? Dragons are four-legged, regardless of how many limbs they have. Wyverns have two legs or no legs at all, regardless of their number of limbs.
First off, yes, they're both "dragons". Hurray. No one cares.
Then why do you?
The point of the OP: A Wyvern-type dragon has 2 legs, and 2 wings. Just like the Skyrim trailer dragon. http://cdn.gamerant.com/wp-content/uploads/Elder-Scrolls-5-Skyrim-Trailer-Screenshot-Dragon-Bite.jpg A European-type dragon has 4 legs, with 2 wings on its back. Just like Dragonheart dragons. http://images2.fanpop.com/images/polls/309000/309366_1254921657623_full.jpg It's that simple. What you said is just wrong.
Yeah because Hollywood and the gaming industry is way more accurate than 500+ year old mythology across multiple cultures...
The possibiltiy of us seeing non-wyvern like dragons in Skyrim is almost zero

I rest my case. Skyrim dragons have front legs. Wyverns don't. Besides, we don't get to define the Skyrim dragons as either, because we're not living on Nirn. I'm pretty sure that Nirnians, represented by Bethesda (who created them) know better than us.
What is more important to wonder about is the different variants of the same TES-style dragons with different colors, magic abilities, and hopefully different voices.
Ofc and I agree that there should be different types. As of yet, they've already confirmed at least two different dragons - red and black. I personally hope we'll see more than just that difference though, e.g. a return of the Dragonlings from Daggerfall.
