It's Obse disabled in your Wrye Bash? You must add a check mark to the little green box on the bottom left to enable it.
In your Bashed Patch, under Import Cells, did you select every All Natural voice, or just the All Natural Indoor weather filter?
Did you tried to load a save game created before installing All Natural?
