Spellmaking

I recall Todd saying he didn't like the "spreadsheet" feel of Oblivion's spellmaking, but did the team really scrap the idea alltogether?

http://pc.ign.com/articles/115/1158651p2.html

"IGN: Will there still be an opportunity in Skyrim to create custom spells? Can you enchant?

Todd Howard: We do have crafting in each archetype, and the magic one is Enchanting, so you can forge your own magic items and tweak their properties."

It will be interesting to see how different spells are implemented, then..

Surely there will be something. Note he said magicka crafting is enchant skill. Spell making has never been a skill. Enchant has.

Since he dodged the spellmaking question hopefully that means it's still up in the air.

I'm hoping there will be spell making and also that it will be more refined. Like being able to delete older/weaker spells when you make stronger versions. I loved making custom spells and enchanting.
