Karma in my butthole!

In Oblivion fame/infamy didn't impact the game too much.

They should keep it like that, maybe tweak it a little.

They'll probably just stay with the same old Fame/Infamy system which doesn't really have any noticeable impact on your character's interactions.

Killing the Shop keep and his Sister or wife coming up and giving you the quest begrudgingly is ALMOST karma....almost.
