you are trying to enjoy the cold weather and admire the nice environments while exploring, when suddenly a highwayman khajiit leader and his crew appear out of the blizzard storm and ask you for gold, you know your player character is too weak so you ignore the conversation then you continue traveling. you hear the leader shout "hurry! he is trying to flee!" the battle music hits, you try sprinting, but the highwaymen are able to sprint faster, warhammers are hammering your spine and your player character falls to the ground, you hear the death melody and the game tells you "load last save?"

would you like for highwaymen bandits to return in skyrim?

Maybe ones that don't die in about 2 hits, even at level 1.

like in MW, those two highway men weren't strong enough though,
the dark elf was kill-able from level 1.5
the other one was killable from level 3

I hope there is more to group combat than being hit against multiple enemies at the same time....which it has always been lol, my only like of the series is that each enemy has an combat type, so your getting pelted by ranged classes,debuffed by mages and brawled by sword users take this up a notch please.

in oblivion, they asked for 100 gold, in skyrim highwaymen will ask for 1000 gold :biggrin:

it was from the deadric invasion, they all died and left their armor, which of course was very expensive, and many bandets were killed by the main character and sold

In Skyrim, every peasant has deadric rims on his oxcart.

Hehe, though much of what they used was "Dremora" instead of Daedric.

well they look the same so people just sold them to stupid merchants

I want highwaymen back, but if the player is wearing expensive armor and/or holding powerful weapons, pass a speech check, or has sufficient fame and infamy, the highwayman should reconsider and run.
