I have the honor to announce a huge total conversion to TES IV: Oblivion named:
Santhum Province

This addon will take us to completely new world, just discovered by Imperial people. It’s climate is completely different, than in Tamriel. You won’t see high snowy mountains and mild pine forests, inhabited by typical Cyrodiil animals. Santhum Province is a island with a harsh tropical climate. Almost all the island is covered by sands or a jungle, and you will also see huge mountains, building great canyons.
In Santhum exist three main cities: small port village of Rahara, huge natives’ capital of Nazeirar and pirates valley. Every of them will offer different climate, people, services and all are independent. Otherwise, there are tens of camps and other villages.
Because Santhum Province is much different, than Cyrodiil, you will be able to admire completely new various landscapes. You will stand on the deserted sands, walk through the canyons, wade through the tropical forests, fight cheetahs on the savanna, climb on the high rocky coast or swim on the alive reef, full of sharks. And this is not all!
Apart from huge exterior, that is much bigger than Shivering Isles world, Santhum Province contains huge and extensive undergrounds, particularly caverns and really big pyramids and ancient cities.
All the world is filled by new deadly creatures coming from WAC and other modders resources, like crocodiles, tigers, lions, camels, spiders and many more. In underground you will find many types of existing in Oblivion undeads, goblins, gnolls and gremlins.
You will also see my own blacksmithing system and many wayshrines working like in Gothic, that you can choose your reward depending of your sacrifice.
Santhum Province will offer completely new items, like weapons and armors, and many of them will be unique and powerful.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A TEAM MEMBERS! WE NEED SOMEONE, WHO CAN MAKE GOOD INTERIORS. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO JOIN THE CREW, CONTACT ME.

Looks like you've made some really good progress on this. Looking forward to future updates.

Note: the image link third from the bottom doesn't work. Also, you should probably add a bit of content to the web site.

Good luck!

Wow! I am excited to see this mod in action! I love it when people do large scale mods like this, and hope your progress goes well. The environment looks lovely. I would love to see some more screenshots of the cities (I am a big city fan in the games). The smithing system sounds exciting too.

Agreed, not everybody wants to join Facebook. I certainly won't. Photobucket/imageshack are better suited for screenshots.
