Oscuro and difficulty

They are not "super" objects, you will find many that can give 20%, 30%, 50%, etc resistances. So it is pretty common. But in vanilla Oblivion you can just explore any dungeon since the monsters level WITH you, with other mods (such as OOO), monster's levels are generic, therefore, you can't just go anywhere and kill everything, therefore, these objects won't be available to you while you are low level. The thing is, you are likely to find these objects more towards the end, and this "end" can be expanded much much more, and made more enjoyable if using mods. The difficulty slider is not a solution (the fact that you just discovered the difficulty bar is another story), it has always been there and at the end the game will be easy even with that slider on max (unless you use FCOM or OOO and other mods that make your character weaker/slow leveling). You are finding monsters drastically more difficult not because of the slider, but because of OOO. If you didn't have OOO installed, the difficulty slider wouldn't add that much of a challenge at all.

Yeah, Oscuro has created a wonderful mod!

A little question: when you finish the main quest, can you continue playing the rest of the game (other quests, exploring dungeons), or is the game ended (final credits, etc.)?

The game keeps going, you can do whatever you want after the main quest is finished.

Thank you, jcapgamer1394.

I only know that, at the beginning, there's an Oblivion gate in Kvatch. But when you complete the part of the main quest related to Kvatch, will other cities be affected by the problem of the gates? If yes, will these cities change, will they lose their citizens, their quests, etc.?

No, nothing happens to the cities or its citizens. The only thing that happens is that you will find over 80 oblivion gates around the map. And of course, quests are not affected by other quests.

I just start a new character last night with OOO 1.34 and I notice looking at her stats she has only 53 health.

The only way I counter that is to move the difficulty down form 55 down to 45 and every time I level up I will updating her endurance with I think governs her health.

The race I am playing is a Breton-Mage-Apprentice-Witch Hunter.

Least I done a hard save before I left the sewers.
