HELP! I need the tamriel world space height map : IV

I need the Tamriel world space height map because may computer wont let me export it from the construction set or TESAnnwyn because of admistrative dificulties on Vista. Please Help.

Well, we are not allowed to just distribute parts of the game because that's illegal.

But there are ways for you to get around those administrative issues on Vista. I also use Vista and don't have any trouble using TESAnnwyn.

Also TESAnnwyn says that Oblivion.esm does not exist? Any idea why

guess you have used the CS heightmap editor for exporting...you will always get 4 raw files for the 4 quads which are displayed on the heightmap editor window...note ! this is not the complete tamriel worldspace....if you use TESAnnwyn you will have just one raw file for the complete ws instead of 10 or 12
