Athletics Skill Increases While Riding
by Pimpskinny

(Requires OBSE v0018 or later)

You no longer have to choose between increasing your Athletics skill or riding a mount. Now you can do both at the same time.

Thanks for this mod. I bought a horse quite early in my first Oblivion playthrough, but ditched it quite fast, mostly because I loathed the fact that it hurt my athletics progression (which was quite slow in the first place).

This mod fixes this, and is so simple and to-the -point that I'm surprised that it haven't been made before. :)

I don't really understand why gamesas did not do this in the first place. Horseback riding is actually a pretty good workout, and it makes sense to have this.

Thanks for this. :)

My pleasure! :) I'm also surprised someone didn't make this long before me. I've heard people comment about the issue here and there for a long time.
