Request: Info on Creation Engine

I'm trying to find a certain article / Interview. In this, Todd explains that they modded the Gamebryo engine so much, that they ended up with a new engine altogether. I'm pretty sure this was a video by todd. Help, please?

I was thinking about this too. A lot of games have interviews with the programmers about the engine and technical stuff and such. I would find it very interesting and nice to hear. It's after all a big step for Bethesda. Would be strange if we don't see an in-depth interview about it.

The GI article about the engine wasn't really that in-depth, but still good.

Keep in my Gamebyro was a renderer and that is all. BGS decided to rewrite practically everything and make it more user-friendly and current with what they wanted to do.

What you call the Gamebryo Engine is actually nothing more than a renderer and file format bundled with a suite of 3rd party software. If it were an actual engine then Bethesda would have actually been calling it that all along rather than the Oblivion Engine or Fallout 3 Engine.
