Cannot find a particular Main Quest completer... : IV

I have recently, again, got back into playing Oblivion, however My backed up folder of mods and saves is nearly empty. I guess my backup plan didn't go so well.

What I am looking for is a particular mod I had where the main quest could be completed by going into the basemant of an inn in the IC, and activating a crystal ball hide behind some boxes. This mod was so complete that it

really did seem like I finished the main quest...the Temple District is destroyed with the Akatosh dragon statue poking it's head through the dome, and various NPCs were in different places and Kvatch waiting for you to retake it.

It also did not mess with Level, Stats, or items carried.

If anyone knows where to find it, or if you have it, I would like to get my hands on it.

Found it...nevermind. Had a different way of spelling "main quest done/complete/"
