I am searching for mods or ways to do the following:

1. Is there some way/mod to make quick spell casting possible? For example, not only to assign various spells to 1-8 keys but that spell is casted at the same time?

2. Is there a way/mod that would give me an ability to pause game (not pause to skills)? for example, I am in the fight and I need to change spells. I would like to be able to pause game while still seeing enemy..

I tried to search for the mods but no luck. I hope it doesn't mean that there is no way to do said things.
