Yet another Loading problem. : IV

Hello, I attempted to fix one problem with Oblivion in a previous thread I made, it seems to only have made the situation worse.

Alright, so. The problem I'm having now is the fact that the game will freeze whenever I try to load a game from the main menu. I will select a savegame, it will warn me that it no longer has access to some content, so when I load it up, it loads all the way to the very end, then the slidebar gets stuck, then it freezes, resulting in me having to Ctrl+alt+del to shut down the game.

The only thing I did before this happened was de-activate, and then re-activate three mods: Better Cities, MMM, and OOO. All versions were current, and I made sure to look at every conflict and ran BOSS afterwards. Most all my game saves before this cannot be accessed without freezing, I can start up new games just fine though. I was recommended to re-make a bash patch, but all I use is OBMM and BOSS, and none of my research into this has shown me what exactly to do.

Any ideas?

You really need to make a bashed patch. Do this and see if it fixes your issue. Also re read the BOSSlog. It may tell you somethings missing.

Another upside with Wrye Bash is that you could check which mods that are missing for the saves.

Read alot. When your tired of reading. Sleep. Then RE read everything. then installl this Program and the other things it requires. it WILL show you things about your Load order you never knew.

I converted 200 mods FROM OBMM to BAIN (Wrye bashe's installer)and would never go back.

Alright, I'll be honest. I've been avoiding Wrye bash due to it being pretty darn intimidating. But if it's that, or never playing the savegames I've sunk quite a chunk of time into, Wrye bash it is.

Wrye Bash does seem daunting, but is well worth it, and is actually quite easy once you get going.
Let's look at that load order then.

Unofficial Oblivion Patch.esp

Make sure you have the latest http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=27710 (by Arthmoor)

UOP Vampire Aging & Face Fix.esp
Oblivion Citadel Door Fix.esp

Once you have Wrye Bash drop the first and use the Bashed Patch tweak instead.
And drop the second (Citadel) anyway, not really needed at all.

You sure? All of those at once?!
And I strongly suspect that those "Natural Weather" ones relate to the weather mod by that name, which you are not using.
