well its a game so its not really specified in ob or morrowind but if you put all your weapons in your left hand then ya you could be left handed

Only thing to do is look through all released screenshot for any lefties. Otherwise, wait and see.

I believe Todd has specifically said that you can put whatever you want in either hand.

well again if you put your weapon in your left hand (witch we can do obviously because of the dual weilding) you can say that you are left handed
