Apparently, http://www.fotoshack.us/index.html doesn't. I'll try it in a bit, and let you know for sure - assuming you haven't already tried it.
As far as I can tell, there's nothing to lose. After all, it's not like posting *art*, personal photographs, or whatever.
Just choose the "Don't resize" option, make sure your image is under 5MB (!) and you should be OK. As I said though, I'll report back - *if* there's any need to.
