I have recently been using Beautiful People cosmetic mod but I have now uninstalled it. Unfortunately I am left with the infamous google eyes problem even after uninstalling the mod. Is there a convenient way of eliminating this problem? I'm not clear if it is caused by particular meshes or textures in BP. Are there particular files which should be deleted? Would really appreciate some guidance. Thanks very much.

Did you delete just the mod's ESP and not the files that come with the mod? If so I'd open up the mod's archive and find the corresponding files in your Data folder and delete them manually, then do archive invalidation/BSA redirection/etc.

Just use OBMM/ Wrye Bash to avoid manually installing mods. If done manually, it becomes a royal pain when the time comes to uninstall mods as you've just noticed.
