Dual wielding combat

Is it going to be like, left mouse button = primary hand weapon attack, and right mouse = secondary?

or is it just going to be left button standard combo mashing?

Confuuuuuuuused?

I have no idea. Im actually dissapointed on the lack of PC information they have been giving. And PC is one of the (if not THE) main consoles that people play this game on. Im suspecting your first idea with the two mouse buttons. Two shields!

It isn't. Most players are on console as another thread stated.

Even if not, theres a good number of us who have gotten virtually 0 information on how to play the game.

Assuming it works like it does for consoles(LB left hand, RB right hand) It will probably be what you said, or whatever two buttons the attacks are assigned to.

I believe I read that the left mouse button will control one hand and the right mouse button the other hand.
I'm unsure though whether the right mouse button will control the right or the left hand. It would be strange pressing the right mouse button because usually you press the left one.

It would be safe to assume that like in Oblivion you can assign different keys to actions. I would also safely assume the controls won't be much different between PC and consoles; one button for each hand.

Well I believe devs can make combinations for combats so it will not work just like button mashing
For example two strike with left button then one with right button then left movement power attack with left button chained together into combo thats has different effect like chance of disarming of enemy and has unique animation at end combo movement, such combinations can be achieved trough leveling of skills and unique perks (there can be weapon masters who can teach such combos if character will fit certain requirements)
Trough such combos different effects can be achieved like
Recoil or Stagger enemy with parry, skills and parameters of weapons can be checked for chance of recoil so it will not always and depend on weapons and skills and not so absurd when puny mage parry strike of two-handed iron hammer with glass dagger.
