Constant crash outside Skingrad

Hi, I'm having constant crashes upon exiting the West gate of Skingrad, when fast travelling to the immediate area surrounding the west gate or when approaching the area from the wilderness.
I find it a bit awkward considering I'm 40 Hours into the saved game already and I've already been there mulitple times without issue.

Otherwise I've enjoyed a semi-stable game that sometimes runs for hours without crashing (but then again sometimes just for like 15-30 minutes), but all crashes tend to occur outside which I find
wierd since I have no major landscape alterations. Still, wondering if this is mod-related so if anyone could take a look and see if there's anything wrong with my mod list or whatnot =/

I am not one of the Guru's here but i did notice this.....

As far as I can see your not running FCOM...others will say one way or another

Edit : I was told to remove this next mod....
23 Salmo the Baker, Cobl.esp [Version 3.08]

as I recall He is in Skingrad and can cause instability. this was from CorePC if memory serves.

sometimes I crash there too. I think it's related to the fast travel and mods that weight on performance.

I don't bother much, I rarely fast travel ;_D

Hmm, but it happens when I walk into the area manually as well, so not only when fast travelling to the location, and also just the zone change from the west gate (leaving skingrad).
Hmm, Ill disable Salmo, but the bgBalancingEVOptionalFCOMAdditions.esp specifies it is either for FCOM or OOO+MMM (which I runs). But thanks for the answers, I'll try some other stuff too and see what it can be.

BTW, is there some sort of plugin that logs what causes crashes? I recall having some sort of functionality like that with Pluggy something.

I crash around skingrad as well. Cant offer much more than that though.

For whatever reason the Skingrad west gate is a sensitive area that's always been prone to crashes. The UOPS (which you have) relieves some of that by fixing Maiq the Liar's AI packs which were bugged but aside from that there's never been any other cause identified.

You didn't use the latest http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=27710 version and try to drop the OOO torch before you deactivate the DropLitTorchOBSE.esp mod, because I did once had OOO installed but I remove it and forgot to drop the torch which was an instant CTD in my game. :)
