Possible Cave Entrance?

Post » Wed Mar 30, 2011 1:56 am

If you look closely, between the 2nd and 3rd tree to the left on the ground, and literally just to the left of the bushes, you'll see a patch a darkness that seems like a cave entrance to me judging by the surroundings.

I know what you mean. But do you really need to make a topic over this? All it does is push over topics farther backwards to never be used or read again.

yea, I sees it. not sure if you needed to make a thread about it tho

in the Orc pic, to the top of the screen, there is a log that connects the cliffs. you'll be able to go on top of it too :)

Oh I'm sorry...I thought this was a forum, ya know where we talk about info and speculations about the game. I guess you might have forgot about that. But you do know there are other pointless threads on this forum, right?

I can't tell if it's a cave entrance or just a darker patch of rock (Possibly dark due to shadows.) but you might be on to something, and if it is a cave entrance, than I'll take that as a good sign, because it may mean we're finally rid of the stupid naturally occuring cave doors, I mean, I can understand some caves having doors if their humanoid inhabitents put one up, but those things don't just grow naturally, it doesn't make sense for every cave to have a door.

Yeah that's what I'm hoping too. I couldn't stand the fact that every cave had a door leading into it. And hopefully you can just walk right through it without pressing a button to enter; just automatically load you into the cave.

@Dragonborn1, thanks. I've been spending the last hour speculating every inch of every screenshot. And that's pretty much the only thing I found lol...oh and the fact that the orc has a beard.

They're read all the time by us lurkers. :D I often browse many pages back, reviving topics that really shouldn't be revived. :P

I went back and looked at the Orc and you're right he does have a beard. Nice find again!

Speaking of wolves, that would be neat if wolves would hunt in packs of five or six, therefor screwing your low-level character over.

How about you post that on one of the forum's many useless threads, we seem to have no shortage of them to satisfy your needs.

Good find OP, I missed it and was interested to see how they would do the dungeon entrances for Skyrim.

You are in luck! Packs have been confirmed in one of the new articles! (can't remember which, sorry. I think it was gamesradar.com)

Aye, looks like a cave entrance to me, and it does indeed look like it is being used as a den by them there wolves.

My word! Look at the size of that deer head, That is one big deer.

Also those are wolves? How can you tell there's two, one's behind a rock and you can only see it's feet and the other one's head is blocked by a branch. They could just as easily be deer or Sabre-toothed cats.

You know there's also a mammoth tusk on that self behind the women. That could mean when we kill a mammoth we get to loot it's tusk.
