So in my Opinion Frost Spells or some Frost Spells Should freeze Enemies or you Freeze when it's casted on you

In Oblivion it were just Magic Balls and Frost only Damage Enemy Health but it would be nice if it Damage Health and Freeze You/Enemy

But maybe not all Frost Spells should make you/enemy Freeze

Been confirmed already.

It's confirmed that frost spells now slow down your ennemies, maybe we'll get a perk that will give us x% chance of freezing them
