How much can we carry then?

However they do it, I hope the carrying capacity is a lot less. Being able to lug around 5 suits of armour was silly. To do that kind of heavy transport, you should be encouraged to invest in a horse, or maybe even a cart...

Sorry if this seems patronizing (and that it's off topic), but this video demonstrates the effect of air resistance on falling objects (or a lack of air resistance on the moon due to there being no atmosphere). That's why the hammer falls at the same speed as the feather, they both have a downward force of 1.6 Newtons with no opposing force to alter their speed. If you knew that then sorry for being a [censored], but I like being pedantic :)

Edit: On Topic :) I don't much care for the encumbrance number, so long as they give me a way in which I can lug all my shhhit around after looting and robbing everything. Thief's gotta make money somehow :D

Not a sad day for Elder Scrolls, a sad day for you.

I honestly don't mind them taking out all of the attributes. Having a set speed helps make the animations look more realistic, and I don't carry tons of equipment. There's also people moaning on this forum that they want more realistic encumbrance, being able to only carry one suit of armor and a sword. Either way, not everybody can be pleased, but I am.

If you're referring to the health, magicka and stamina bars and seeing them as comparable to the attributes of Oblivion and Fallout 3 you're beyond help.
