What Guilds are you looking forward to?

I reckon it would be sweet for just one new guild like a dragon hunting one or something similar.

Clan factions would be interesting for me. I also support the Bard Guild. My votes were for the mage factions.

I want to see a Cult of the Nine Divines guild in the game, either that or make the Knights of the Nine into a joinable guild.

None of the above actually. The best faction that needs to make a return is the Imperial Legion (especially with the current state of the empire)! The two main factions should definitely be the Imperial Legion, and the Separatists of Skyrim, considering the civil war and the implications that ensue. The rest of the factions would merely be icing on the cake in my opinion. I don't just want factions for a "good quest line." I want factions to actually have a purpose and matter in this game! The decisions that I make should not only reflect myself, but the faction, and the entire province of Skyrim itself!

I'm wishing to join Dark Brotherhood, Thieves, Whisperers and Bards.

I hope there are, in addition, Fighters, Synods and three or more civil factions.

There should be Arena too, AND you should be able to choose to fight either in your cathegory or to improve it (in OB, you always fought to improve your cathegory)

New ones... I'd like to see a Hunter's guild, an enemy of DB guild (even if it's not joinable) and some kind of Archeology guild, ALA The Lost Spires mod in OB, as said before.

Bard's Bard's Bard's. spying, information gathering, influencing the nobility, mediating in the civil war, and quests that actually give you a reason to take speechcraft perks above and beyond 'buy for less gold 5%'. There's a college, it's lore, please let them be joinable, and give them a full quest line.

I would even put up with a few Temple of Dibella style 'fetch the artwork' quests, as long as the others were well written, and involved politics and persuasion.

I am expecting:

Mages Guild in some form.
Thieves Guild in some form.
Fighters Guild in some form.
Dark Brotherhood without a doubt.

I want:

Perhaps not a guild as such but:

Vampire clan thingy.
Werewolf clan thingy.

Of course that would mean vampirism and lycanthropy are both in...that would be win :celebration:

Some sort of Crafting Guild would be nice, Where you go on various quests to find materials to make weapons, items etc then sell it or something like that.

Something akin the the Morrowind Great Houses

Regionally based factions that are competing against one another....and back stabbing each other. And it needs to be that you can only join one in a given play through.

10 votes for no new guilds, I would love to know why anyone would want less content in a game, especially when it is optional content. I would assume anyone on this forum isn't the type to think 'If I complete the main quest, I've beaten it', so please could someone post an explanation for their thinking.

Maybe they just wanted the existing Guilds to be fully fleshed out with engaging and long questlines?

That's just a guess. Personally I want as many Guilds as possible :celebration:
