[WIPz] Brina Cross Village

Brina Cross is the setting of a major junction along the Gold Road in Cyrodiil... or at least, it was until Bethesda scrapped Sutch. Now, however, I have noticed a lot of attention being given to the lost city. SilentResident has opened a beta of a new candidate for Sutch City, and Arthmoor and co. are hard at work on a new village release that aims to turn Sutch into a small town. Given this influx of activity, I felt it was time for an old relic of a long past age to get some attention... and now, Brina Cross shall come back to life.

Current confirmed features for first release:

- A brand new village, with interior and exterior models, has been built on the foundations of Brina Cross Inn.

- A proper stable area for the traveler's horse has been added, with hay, water, and manure removal.

- A brand new open-air marketplace. Brina Cross makes its living off of the many goods that find their way there from Anvil, Kvatch, and Lord Drad's Estate.

- Two new farms have been added, one of which provides animal fodder.

- Several new NPCs with full AI to tend to the fields and manage the stalls.

Planned future features:

- A quest to pick up where the Anvil Recommendation quest left off.

- COBL support
