If I buy a house and it has a chair in it... will I be able

I jolly well hope so.

In oblivion, when furnishing a house.. I would have to make several loads and journeys from the shop to my house just to check if I liked the placing of the new furniture.

needless to say this was a tiring chore..

I want to be able to move chairs in skyrim.

Doubt it, but I bet you can sit in it!!! WHooooohooo! Immurrrsiionnnn!

I would love it, but sadly I doubt it.

i think they should do something like in fable 2. you could purchase a house (hopefully in skyrim you can buy a mansion) and it has set areas where certain furniture items can be put. you could switch out items for better/worse items and it was pretty neat! you could also rent out your house after you fixed it up which was neat!
it would add extra income and be a neat thing to do :)

As much as I hated the fable series I actually agree with the idea of being able to adjust some items in player houses for console players.
