Are you satisfied with this weeks 'big release' of new info?

Post » Wed Mar 30, 2011 11:35 am

I know, but still. Where? When? Why? How? I don't get it. Where was this stated? Why would they have changed their mind about the smaller settlements? I was quite looking forward to more small settlements. How many will we have, instead?

Well, one of te magazines said there were 20+ smaller towns, but then in an interview transcript the other day, Todd said a dozen or so. It made me sad.

So many threads about basically the same thing...

I for one don't care about getting too much info.

Don't really care that much, cause in the end, the game still won't come out for some months anyway.

I'd be happy with select scenes from that demo, a few seconds here, half a minute there, the highlights.

I'm very satisfied, because I wasn't even expecting it. I've made a point of not following Skyrim to the last detail so that some of the game is still fresh, new, and surprising for me.

I am satisfied with the amount of coverage, I'm not that satisfied with the news. The GI coverage had the good news, then the carriage thing was also good news and unexpected, silly me I was expecting this trend to continue. The screenshots are great though.

I pretty much just enjoy the forum, since I never been in one before. The community will abide my time, until the game arrives.

Searching the internet for gaming news is something I have not been doing for many years. It's fun to follow a games development and see and partake in the ups and downs. For me it's been good all the way. I've come to realise what I look for in a game now, and Skyrim is right up my alley.

No more worries about rpg elements been taken out.
No more worries about what "should" be in a TES game. No more worries about them trying to satisfy a younger crowd.

I know I'm in for a fantastic game here, and could not be more pleased.

A dozen or so...So there still could be 20+ smaller towns. And even if there are only about 12-18, thats still plenty!

Gamestops article was actually a bit too much info for me. It's becoming spoilers now, so no, I am really satisfied with what we have. I dont want everything told to me before the game is released. But yes, it would be awesome to see how they made the argonian, and if they made argonians walk, run, yell but most importantly swim differently.

Abut the athletics/acrobatics, I'm pretty sure you can still train yourself to be faster and jump higher, my guess would be that raising your stamina will do that.

I was happy with the screens, but the "press coverage with exclusive content" was very much the contrary.

I must say, my favorite part off all of this has been the "oops" last night. Hilarious.

In a couple of the previews they mentioned Todd picked up, and used, a dragon shout at the end of Bleak Falls. I thought we had to absorb dragon souls to use shouts? Todd didn't slay that dragon outside of Bleak Falls until after he obtained and used the shout. Am I missing something?
