The Supreme magicka esp is called A5 in the list. It's several above MidasSpell.esp. Also, that delinquent master issue is messed up. I already tried fixing it. It keeps saying that is still missing, even though it loads before the Bashed Patch.

What you wrote last time, to which this was a reply:
EDIT: Just noticed something. The SM refurbish plugin for SI and Knights is actually loaded before the SM esp. Would that cause any glitches? BOSS put them there.

Oh!! That "SM.esp" you were refering to was the "Supreme Magicka" mod files. Including the following one which is called "SM_ShiveringIsles.esp" and others starting with SM.

Then no; this is not a problem at all, and here's why:

The files like "SM_ShiveringIsles.esp" stand for "Supreme Magicka_Shivering Isles" (file to apply Supreme Magicka to the SI mod.)
BUT files like "SM Plugin Refurbish - SI.esp" stands for "Strategy Master Plugin Refurbish -SI" (apply a few modifications to the SI mod, especially getting rid of the strange 'message' that just pops up at the start of the game)

In other words it is just a random coincidence that both Supreme Magicka (the magic mod) and Strategy Master (the author of those DLC mod patches) happen to share the same initials (SM)

As for the Delinquent Master thing: Well all I can say for now is that in that load order you posted the file " OWE&P -NW.esp" was positioned after the Bashed Patch, which was why it was reported as Delinquent. It has to be before the Bashed Patch to be included in it in any way. And in fact should to be in the same position in the load order as it was when the Bashed Patch was built. That won't cause delinquencies but can cause problems.

Run BOSS again.
Move any files that end up below the Bashed Patch , and are reported as "Unknown" in the BOSS report, to somewhere above it at least .
You had three below it last time:

C8 OWE&P -NW.esp
C9 VeronaHouse120.esp
CA Zira's Horse Modpack - Armored Legion Horses.esp.

OWE&P -NW.esp: I know nothing about that file, but just above the Bashed Patch for a start.
VeronaHouse120.esp: As I said; get the newer version (linked by me before), and I can practically guarantee that will be placed properly by BOSS (as the author of the mod also works on BOSS)
Zira's Horse Modpack - Armored Legion Horses.esp.: Move this one up with the other "Zira" mods in your load order.

Then, and only then, rebuild your Bashed Patch.

I didn't see any info on this, but I was reading here http://superpackden.mastertopforum.net/-vp282.html and someone mentioned that CM Partners and Reneer's Varied NPCs are incompatible. That would explain why I get the crashes 100% of the time after leaving the ship. Is that true or has it changed?

Last I tried it, even non-CM companions would cause crashing with it. Admittedly, it's been a while since I've tried. But you can test for yourself if you just remove either the companion mods or the varied NPC mod.

Thanks guy for all of your help, the game is much much more stable now. I feel like such a noob, especially since I managed to get a stable Morrowind with over 300 mods running on my own. Oblivion is so much more different though, I guess.

I still found some major bugs that I can't figure out. One of them, I entered crouch in first person, left crouch to sit down, and when I got back up, the camera would pan around the room if I turned, instead of turning.

And the huge issues I had in the imperial city, I did a lot of stuff to try and fix it, but I am pretty sure it was caused by Reneer's Varied NPCs and CM Partners. I removed the former and then walked around the entire IC without a single crash.

Now to add Better Open cities to the mess. lol :P

Ok, so I tried a few things, but I am still getting this really annoying bug in first person. The camera will leave the normal field, and start to pan around instead of turning my character. It's really annoying, as I already mentioned. Reloading does not fix it, I have to leave the game and restart in order to play normally again.
